1.1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website or an approved booking platform. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
1.2. Payment Terms
We accept payment via PayPal. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative payment arrangement has been confirmed with Flow Watersports.
1.3. Group and Private Lessons
Prices may vary depending on group or private session selection. For private bookings, the price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
1.4. Discounts and Promotions
Any discounts or promotional offers are subject to the terms of the specific promotion and cannot be applied retroactively to previous bookings

We offer the option to reschedule a lesson up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur additional fees.
2.3. Flow Watersports Cancellations
If we need to cancel a lesson due to adverse weather conditions, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3.1. Participant Responsibility
All participants must follow the instructions of Flow Watersports instructors at all times. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in the termination of the lesson without refund.
3.2. Health and Fitness
Participants must be in good health and reasonably fit to take part in watersports activities. Any medical conditions that may affect participation must be disclosed before booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if it’s determined that a health condition could pose a risk.
3.3. Assumption of Risk
By booking a lesson, you acknowledge and agree that watersports activities (such as kitesurfing and wingfoiling) involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, drowning, or equipment damage. Flow Watersports will not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage resulting from these inherent risks, unless caused by our negligence.
3.4. Insurance
Flow Watersports holds comprehensive liability insurance. However, we highly recommend that participants obtain personal insurance to cover injuries, accidents, or loss of personal equipment.
3.5. Personal Equipment
Participants are responsible for any personal equipment brought to a lesson. Flow Watersports is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.
4.1. Rental Equipment
If equipment is provided as part of the lesson, participants agree to use it responsibly and return it in the same condition.
4.2. Damage to Equipment
Participants will be held financially responsible for any damage to Flow Watersports’ equipment caused by negligence or misuse.
4.3. Equipment Maintenance
Flow Watersports regularly inspects and maintains all equipment to ensure it is in safe working order. Any concerns about equipment safety should be reported to the instructor immediately.

Kitesurfing and wingfoiling are weather-dependent sports. Flow Watersports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons if conditions are deemed unsafe, such as high winds, storms, or other adverse weather.
5.2. Responsibility for Weather Cancellations
Flow Watersports is responsible for checking the weather forecast. In the event of cancellation due to weather, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
6.1. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to act respectfully and courteously to Flow Watersports staff and other participants. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe may result in immediate termination of the lesson without a refund.
6.2. Substance Use
Participants are not permitted to partake in lessons if under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any participant suspected of being under the influence will be asked to leave, with no refund provided.
7.1. Photography and Filming
Flow Watersports may take photographs or videos during lessons for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us at the beginning of the lesson.
7.2. Client Media Rights
Participants may not use photographs or videos taken during lessons for commercial purposes without the written consent of Flow Watersports.
