Rob York, Olympic Kite Coach and Co-Founder
Rob, originally from sunny Skegness, has an extensive background in professional windsurfing. With a history of Windsurfing for the British Sailing Team and being the Test Editor for the The Windsurf Magazine, he decided to move onto something even faster paced, coaching the gold medal winning- Women's Olympic Kite Foil Squad.
Mia Adcock, Wingfoil Coach and Co-Founder
Mia learned to windsurf with her dad at the age of 4 in Poole Harbour. Now having over 20 years experience on a board, she is usually found foiling on the water with a wing! With over 10 years experience coaching board sports, she knows how to teach, like the back of her hand. Mia's kind nature will welcome you down at Flow HQ with her good vibes and pure stoke for watersports.
